Installed in a purpose built building, this production scale line, accepts thermoplastics of any kind and works under realistic manufacturing conditions (laboratory low throughput trials do not always scale up to
production). |

Our testing facility, with it’s twin screw extruder, can be fitted with a variety of ancillaries –feeders, side-feeder, screen changer(discontinuous, continuous or back-flush), gear pump, start up valve and Underwater pelletizer complete with a heated water system and a centrifugal dryer. |

The whole installation is controlled by a BSG computerized process
visualization system with incorporated data recording (which of course
demonstrates how we could control you new or existing line). |
